Also supports confidential patient information and entitlements that is hidden from other users.
- Dynamic Care Team: View a patient’s assigned care team along with their availability and contact details, which is pulled from integrated third-party applications, such as your EHR or nurse call systems, and updated in real time or generated from self-assignments.
- Lab Results: Full access to and notifications for a patient’s lab results, including features such as urgent notifications for critical labs and an unread indicator so clinicians can keep track of urgency.
- Patient Photos: Enables care team members to capture and upload patient-specific photos, which are viewable from the Patient Details screen and can be added to the patient’s EHR record.

Lab Result Notifications
Users can also receive real-time lab result notifications, so they’re promptly notified of incoming critical information. In this scenario, we can see that the user receives a notification of the new incoming results and can easily tap the notification to review those new results.

- Critical Alerts: Customize any inbound alert as “critical” so that the incoming alert will override all iOS device volume settings (similar to an AMBER alert).
- Direct Nurse Call Integration: Receive nurse call alerts directly in Banyan with vendor-specific ringtones and multi-choice responses (accept, reject, escalate, call).
- Patient Monitoring Integration/Telemetry: View secondary alarms and live waveforms from your telemetry system directly within Banyan.
- Paging Integration: Receive all paging system messages directly in Banyan on your mobile device.
