Lancaster General Hospital Chooses Mobile Heartbeat

WALTHAM, Mass. — February 27, 2018 —

Mobile Heartbeat®, a leading provider of mobile healthcare enterprise solutions that improve clinical workflow and team communication, today announced that Lancaster General Hospital, a University of Pennsylvania Health System member, has implemented Mobile Heartbeat’s MH-CURE® secure smartphone application as its clinical communications and collaboration platform.

By adopting MH-CURE, Lancaster General Hospital plans to replace its SpectraLink and Ascom devices. Integrated with the hospital’s Epic ADT, Rauland-Borg nurse call and Avaya and Voice Gateway PBX systems currently. MH-CURE will also integrate lab, paging, vitals, camera module, directory and Oneview when fully deployed enterprise-wide. Lancaster General has launched the platform on shared MH-CURE-enabled smartphones and will allow for BYOD devices later this year. When fully deployed, there will be 1,350 concurrent MH-CURE users.
