Our Story
Clinicians are highly mobilized workers, so they need a simple, secure, and most importantly, contextual method for communicating to provide the highest quality care for their patients.
That’s why we built the Mobile Heartbeat platform. Our goal has been to make it as simple and easy as possible for the care team to communicate the right information at the right time, with the right level of urgency.
Since our launch in 2009, we’ve continued to provide the support and guidance facilities need to connect every colleague across the healthcare enterprise. Our unified platform eliminates common workflow bottlenecks and fosters multidisciplinary collaboration to make the coordination of patient care safer, quicker and easier than ever before.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee (DEIC)
The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee (DEIC) supports Mobile Heartbeat in ensuring equitable treatment for all employees, actively promoting a diverse workforce, and creating a culture of inclusion, equal opportunity and outreach within our communities. DEIC seeks to provide support to our colleagues and communities currently experiencing compounding trauma, injustice and inequality.
Notably, Mobile Heartbeat’s DEIC coordinates fundraising for intersectional charities and organizations, and facilitates internal education to foster an inclusive and equitable workforce and culture.
Women in Technology (MH-WiT)
The Mobile Heartbeat chapter of Women in Technology (MH-WiT) is committed to supporting, training, networking and mentoring women at Mobile Heartbeat; we support the company’s interests in women’s professional development, providing advancement opportunities, striving for proportionate representation at all levels, and fostering work/life balance.
MH-WiT serves as a resource to our organization by supporting recruitment, development, leadership goals attainment and retention initiatives for women. The group also promotes and supports women’s initiatives that recognize, respect and leverage the individuality of all Mobile Heartbeat employees as a competitive advantage.
